No Dream Too Small, No Wish Too Big

Camelia Lambru discovered the passion for event planning as soon as she finished her studies. She started working in the MICE sector specializing in the design and construction of incentive trips, motivational events, experiential training, team building and meetings and conventions throughout Italy and abroad.

In the meantime, she became a life and business coach and collaborated with meeting and conference agencies, around the world.

 

Since 2016 she has been the creator and producer of Italian Wedding Awards, the first of its kind in Italy. The Awards provide a national recognition for the improvement of companies operating in the wedding industry interested in promoting Made in Italy through destination weddings.

 

From her two great passions, coaching and weddings, she created in 2019 Wedx, the international wedding conference in Italy, which focuses on Destination Marketing and Destination Wedding Management.

 

In 2020, she started IWA Wedding Coaching Academy, a personal and professional growth course with a particular emphasis on business coaching, destination wedding marketing, managerial training and leadership.

 

From 2018 she became an International Speaker at Wedding conferences collaborating with important worldwide wedding and meeting event organizations. She then became the Italian spokesperson for a select group of the best international wedding agencies working in Italy.
